Hebrews 2:18 tells us, "For in that he himself hath suffered being tempted, he is able to succor (come to the aid of) them that are tempted." This scripture lets us in on a powerful truth that is designed to strengthen our lives. Jesus has experienced temptation in every manner and form. Hebrews 4:15 tells us he was "in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin." Our Lord and Master knows what it is like to go through any and every type of temptation, and be victorious over it!

Because Jesus has "been there" for us, he knows how to help us be victorious as well. The Lord will also provide us with a way of escape so we don't have to submit to temptation's allure. Jesus has made us more than able to overcome every situation life has to offer us. He has strengthened us with His might in our inner man! Temptation may come calling, but our answer to it's call can always be "Not interested, put me on your no call list." Have a great week.
