Pastor Rajesh S Felix was born in a Catholic family to a God fearing couple, Late Mr. Susairaj and Mrs. Clara Susairaj. The family had a huge financial loss and were completely in debt when Pastor Rajesh Felix was young. His mother planned to commit suicide several times due to the pressure and had always failed. One day she dreamt of Jesus showing his hand with the poison she had consumed, Jesus looked at her and said " here is the poison you drank " that day onwards she was set free from the fear of debt. During this hard time, a local pastor had shared the gospel with her and immediately the family started going to spirit filled church and the family had received true salvation and were water baptized.

Pas. Rajesh S Felix was the last member to accept Christ and take water baptism. Gradually due to the pressure of his mother, he started going to church regularly while listening to sermons in church every week, he experienced God's presence and his voice through the word. After which his life was transformed from fear to faith, Depression to joy, Low self-esteem to importance of himself in Jesus Christ.

By this time pastor experienced a transition in his life through Jesus Christ, his confidence and hope in life increased drastically. This love of God burdened his heart to share the gospel to youngsters who were broken, who were filled with tears and hopelessness in their lives. Pastor witnessed a transition in the lives of many youths while he shared God's word, he continued to guide them in the right path. As a result of sharing the word of God to youngsters, a small youth ministry got developed and God gave the name as "ALG Ministries" (Army of Living God).
